Sekong is located 139km from Pakse. There are several public buses going to Sekong daily; for more information, check the schedule at the Northern Bus Station in Pakse; or with your local tour operator.

Those on the shorter motorbike loop from Pakse (heading clockwise from Tad Lo from Paksong) will only cut through the corner for 13 km. Those doing the bigger loop are treated to a longer stretch of lonely, beautiful open road and two waterfalls. Normal motorbike and 250cc motorbikes are available for rental in several shops at Pakse’s city center.
