This first high-rise building, and the only rooftop bar/restaurant in town, stands out in her surroundings. Her sixty plus rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Staff is professionally trained and all guest related workers speak English. Built in 1962, completely renovated in 2003 and improvements ongoing. In 2016, our destination was awarded the Pacific Asia Travel Association’s “CEO Challenge TOP Destination” and the property treasures her “Certificate of Excellence” by TripAdvisor, six years running since 2010 as well as her “Asian Hotel Green Standard”, dating back to 2010. The locally run and western managed property with highly motivated, and guest orientated staff will make you feel at home in no time.

Le Panorama rooftop restaurants offers authentic local, Asian, Western and pizza’s.
Le Patio de Noy serves buffet breakfast, coffee’s & tea’s, lunch, and dinner during scares rainy days. Late 2017 this will become Pakse’s latest coffee shop.
Conference space and group dinners:
Our “old” movie theatre now serves as a classy conference room with all modern facilities, air conditioned and conveniently on the ground floor with her own entrance. Group lunches/dinners and private parties are welcome.
For tour-groups on motorbikes or bicycles, our closed off parking area is ideal to set aside ant worries over your vehicle and enjoy all the good things during your stay.
Our “in-house” tour operator Wat Phou Travels, a fully licenced and western standard travel agent, caters for guests and out-of-house visitors alike.
Daily, part day outings, to the ancient Wat Phou Champasak Temple ruins or to the highlands of Bolaven with her coffee & tea plantations numerous waterfalls and a large variety of ethnic minority population makes these two a “must-see” experience when in Pakse. Any other Southern-Laos trip or local as well as International flights are handled with a smile.
